What should my dancer wear?

Great question! This answer will vary based on your dancer’s age and class. All of this information is on our What to Wear page.

For the recital, we will update you by email, on Facebook, and we’ll update our Recital page as well.

What about costumes for the recital?

We will measure all dancers for recital costumes in early October. A costume fee is due by October 8. Payments after this date include a late fee.

How can I pay for classes?

You can pay online with a credit card (3% fee applies), Venmo to @Rebecca McCarthy-Schultz, or in person with cash or check.

Do you offer private lessons?

Absolutely! Please call 815.893.4069 for more information on private lessons and to schedule.

How do I do a ballet bun?

A hair donut is a great tool for anchoring and shaping your bun. For Creative Dance and 5-7 classes, a bun will be on the crown of the head. 8-11, Preteen, and Teen dancers have buns at the nape of their neck.
